Glacier Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: GBCI) will release its third quarter financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2026, the Kalispell-based bank holding company announced Sept. 28.
An investor conference call is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, Oct. 23. Investors can register for dial-in instructions at the company's conference registration page. Glacier Bancorp is the parent company of Glacier Bank and a network of regional bank divisions spanning Montana, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, and Washington. Its Montana-based divisions include First Bank of Montana (Lewistown), First Security Bank (Bozeman), First Security Bank of Missoula, Glacier Bank (Kalispell), Valley Bank (Helena), and Western Security Bank (Billings).
The Q3 announcement comes on the heels of two other recent moves from the company. On Sept. 22, Glacier Bancorp's board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share. And in late August, the company announced that Byron Pollan had been appointed to serve as Deputy CFO, with plans to succeed current CFO Ron Copher in 2027.
